    Tracfone is VERY misleading and needs to own up to it! I bought 3 of the 1year phones cards from my local Wal mart,1 was bought about 2 years ago and the other 2 I got this past Christmas. The 1st go round was amazing with this tracphone, we paid $100.00 for the card and for the whole year my son had mins and because the phone doubled he would get 800min a month that reloaded each month, because of this we decided to give phones to the other 2 children we went to the same Wal-Mart was told the same thing only to find out that we only bought the 100.00 card for 400 min and airtime for the...   • Bad Service

    My tracphone seervice is getting really bad. For the past few months my phone says searching, please wait, no service or right now it says emergency only. I have over 200 minutes on my phone and the expiration date is the latter part 2011. I need my cell phne to work all the time, not just at their convenience. I cannot call their service numbver from a pay phone and I do not have a land line. When I do call on someone else'a phone, I always get a lady with some a thick accent that I cannot always understand what she is requesting, and she cannot understand what I am saying to... More...

  • Non-working phone

    Purchased a phone from tracfone and it would occasionally work. Contacted customer service on several occasions. They finally called back and said the phone they sent me was the wrong technology for my area and they would send me a new comparable phone. They transferred me to another department to accomplish that and after 1.5 hours on the phone, they said they would send me a different phone.   • It is almost impossible to deal...

    It is almost impossible to deal with customer service when calling TracFone. (if they pick up) This is my story of 3 days of the worst "no customer service" I ever experienced. At some point in our life, we have to buy a new phone to replace the old one. Whatever the reason, the internet will not allow you to transfer your minutes to a new phone. I have had the same thing happen to me I bought a trac phone and could not get a signal so I called them and they said I had a signal they even called my number but it did not ring but they used up 30 minute's of what I paid for then they said to send it back and they would refund me my money, so I sent it back with their email label took it to Box It, and guess what they wanted a tracking # there is no tracking # with what they send you I even talked to someone that said they had my phone but without a tracking # they couldn't do anything, then they said they would check into it, so I paid for a phone and extended warranty and have nothing I would not tell anyone that is thinking about getting one not to.

I bought airtime for my tracphone and instead of keeping my keeping my phone acctivated they added minutes but didn't continue my phone service. I called the customer service representative and after about 20 of trying to explain that it was senseless to purchase minutes on a phone without contuing the service; they put me on hold for another 20minutes.Then replied that they would not not refund my money nor continue my phone service. I plan to call the Better Business Bureau and will tell anyone I know about their shoddy practises

i attempted to use this product for several months. all the time having 1 problem after another with it (too many to go into here).

Calling customer service- could not speak english very well. and never could resolve any of the probems. my room mate gave up on trac phone after about 2 weeks. But i kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will not go back to trac phone.

I have tried at least 4xs to get my double bonus minutes transfered to my new phone.After having it replaced by the trac phone company. The customer service reps don't speak english very well and they hang up when you ask for their i.d. Please help me get this straight. Its been going on too long
